1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery

Following dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Courier delays.
Adverse weather conditions.
Public holidays.
Peak seasonal demand.
Unexpected transport or logistics disruptions.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, this email will include your tracking number together with a tracking link.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Worlix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

5. Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be dispatched again.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for delivery to certain locations because of legal, courier, or logistical restrictions. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.
